Mu Sool Fit
Kickboxing Fitness Program

image If you're looking for fitness in a safe, clean environment with like-minded adults, this is your gym. You'll train specifically in the punching and kicking aspects of Mu Sool Won, and it doesn't matter what level of experience you had before you join our class. We'll work with you every step of the way.

We're more than the average kickboxing gym. We'll make sure that you learn proper technique so that you feel a sense of real accomplishment as you get into shape. Our instructor has been teaching martial arts for over 10 years, and you will see individual training in each class. You'll gain in strength and skill, but you won't see any rank belts or tests.

Our kickboxing classes will involve training on:
  • Boxing punches and strikes
  • Side, round, hook, and front kicks
  • Boxing style footwork
  • Combinations and drills
  • Advancing your skills over time
image You'll achieve increased balance, strength, focus, and stamina. Our classes will make you feel better about yourself, and you'll be surrounded by other students who want the same things. Come meet us and start a new chapter in your life!

Here's what you'll need:
  • Mu Sool T-Shirt (purchased at registration)
  • Workout pants or shorts
  • No shoes (or dedicated, training-floor-only shoes)
  • We provide all gloves and mitts, though you may bring your own to use in class.
What's the difference between Mu Sool Won and Mu Sool Fit?
  • Mu Sool Won is our complete, traditional martial arts training program. It involves belt ranks, and is the majority of what we do here at Mu Sool Won of South Austin. If you are a Mu Sool Won member, you have access to all Mu Sool Fit classes. Click here for more information on Mu Sool Won.
  • Mu Sool Fit is a more specific system of kicks, punches, and drills developed for fitness and fun, without ranking and belts. If you are a member of Mu Sool Fit and are interested in the Mu Sool Won martial arts classes, please contact us about signing up.
